A travel agent approached us needing a full charter solution for multiple passengers flying to various delegate conferences across Europe. This request required multiple aircraft flying varying numbers of passengers to a multitude of European destinations. Our ACS London office needed to pull out all the stops to complete the charters.

Working with colleagues across multiple offices, ACS London began sourcing aircraft that were available to complete these flights within the stipulated timelines. As this wasn’t a group booking and included individual passengers and parties, we had to ensure everyone’s travel lined up and passengers were allocated the required type of aircraft.
Ultimately, we booked 40 flights using seven different types of aircraft, and seven different airlines, using both commercial and private jets. We were able to meet every flight, even with an incident that required a new aircraft to be found within four hours! We even had to deal with a flight diversion occurring from Stansted to Birmingham, for which we arranged travel for all passengers to get home.
