In March 2022, the husband-and-wife founders of a global clothing chain asked us to help fly them and six friends on a round-trip from Brisbane to Melbourne for the Ultra Music Festival.
The couple wanted to surprise their guests with private jet flights, maximising their time at the festival during the overnight trip. With just a few days to go until the charter was needed, we sprang into action to offer the best solution and win the contract.

The client had planned to depart from Brisbane Archerfield, however our knowledgeable local team recommended using Gold Coast Airport instead. This saved even more time, as they could transfer there quickly from their home in nearby Surfers Paradise.
